Most bridal and heavily embroidered pieces take 3–8 weeks to complete depending on the embroidery work involved (see each product page for an estimate). This production time begins once your order and design details are confirmed by our team — not from the date the order request is submitted online.
Ready pieces are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping within India is calculated based on your city and the size/value of your order, and will be confirmed by our team before your order is finalised. Local delivery or pickup is available for customers in and around Kolkata.
We do ship internationally for select destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the recipient, which are not included in the order total.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number with you via email or WhatsApp.
While we work to meet every estimated timeline, hand embroidery and courier logistics can occasionally cause delays, especially during the wedding season (October–February). We recommend ordering bridal pieces at least 8 weeks ahead of your event date.
